Alt IT Services supports computer users. It's a typical computer support shop in one sense - I do fix computers, set up networks, and all the other things typical computer shops do. But I offer more than that. I help people use their computers better, understand them, and hopefully enjoy them more. I help businesses understand their needs and find better ways to get things done. I offer a personalized support experience that takes the person using the computer into consideration. I understand that everyone uses and understands their computers differently and should receive help accordingly. Hardware as a Service!

Alt IT Services has been about providing computer services for my customers. A service that I've been asked about repeatedly didn't seem like a service to me, but I realize now it is. That is offering new and used computers for sale. I've opened several lines of distribution that will give me access to wholesale pricing on computers from Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, and Acer to name a few. I'm not becoming a retail shop, but I can now offer my customers the option to order new PCs for sale at great prices when coupled with my new PC setup service. Alt Backup Services is a fully managed backup service designed to help you keep your business or personal data backed up off-site, safely and securely.
