I’ve watched small businesses struggle for good, affordable IT support for years. I take an alternative approach to providing that support. My philosophy is that people are the most important piece of the technology puzzle. Helping them understand and use their technology is what’s vital. Keeping the equipment running is obviously important, but helping the people who use that equipment is key. My alternative approach to IT support is to provide one-on-one, patient support, teaching, and understanding of the tools that people use everyday.
